The items from HCSThreads.com are made to order. So PLEASE, make sure that you place your order for the correct size that you want. Sizes are listed for each product on its product page. Refunds or Returns will not be permitted for items where the wrong size was mistakenly ordered by the customer. So PLEASE check the size!

ORDER CANCELLATION

Because your item is made to order, the following conditions cannot be cancelled 12 hours after you place your order. And your order will NOT be eligible for a refund or store credit:

 - Buyer's Remorse

 - Items that were mistakenly ordered

 - Items that were mistakenly ordered in the wrong size, color, gender, or design

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

If something arrives damaged:

 - Take multiple, GOOD PHOTOS of the damaged item and the packaging within 7 days of receiving the item. Sooner is better!

 - Email your order number and the photos to info@hcsthreads.com

 - Then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

FLAWED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS:

If something arrives flawed or defective:

 - You must contact us (via our contact page) within 7 calendar days of receipt of goods with your order number to let us know about this.

 - Flawed or defective items must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of receipt. The address is just below.

 - Items determined by HCS Threads to have flaws or factory defects will be given STORE CREDIT for full purchase price of the item including original shipping (if any).

 - These items MUST BE RETURNED to HCS Threads for inspection before store credit can be determined or processed.

 - DEFECTIVE SIZE: If you ordered a garment of a particular size and received a different size, then this would qualify as a defective size and would also qualify for a return for store credit.

 - You must contact us (via our contact page) with your order number within 7 calendar days of receipt to let us know the item is being returned due to flaw or defect.

 - Return the Item within 14 calendar days to the following address. Include your order number in the package:

Please read, Color Matching Disclaimer, to better understand about seeing color on your computer monitor vs. the garment in "real life".

HCSThreads.com is not responsible for these differences in color. Such differences are not considered a factory flaw or defect and we will not accept a return based upon this factor. We have made major efforts to ensure the color integrity of your purchase. After all, we're artists and color is very important to us.

TO RETURN AN ITEM:

 - Please read the following conditions because ALL of them apply to any returns.

 - Any item purchased through HCSThreads.com may be returned unused and undamaged within 21 calendar days of receipt of goods.

 - A 30% restocking fee will apply (not including shipping fees, if any). For example, if the item's purchase price was $30.00, then the refund would be for $21.00.

 - Any paid shipping will not be refunded.

 - You must contact us (via our contact page) with your order number within the 21 calendar day period to let us know the item is being returned.
