IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER FOR ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
DUTIES AND TAXES
Packages that are shipped internationally, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and/or fees imposed by the country of destination. If these charges apply, they will normally be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost that we charge at the time of checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer because we are only charging for the goods and the transportation fees for your order.
HCS THREADS does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
The buyer is responsible to obtain the information regarding their country’s regulations, laws, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing any product from HCS THREADS. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s regulations, laws, and restrictions.
If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs authority of their country, or returned to the United States of America, HCS THREADS will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to HCS THREADS.
Your pack shipment
Since these are "made to order" goods (like the "all over" t-shirts) the printing and sewing process will take about 7-10 days before they are shipped. Once the item ships, standard shipping times apply (generally 3 to 7 days during non-holiday periods).
In the USA, packages are generally dispatched and are shipped via USPS and drop-off without signature.
Outside of the USA: Check with your local shipping company about standard shipping times and fees.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Shipping Rates
The final shipping price that you pay is based upon the location (or country) of where your goods are being shipped. For example: You can be placing your order from the United States and shipping your goods to Canada. The shipping rates are different for those two countries.
To clarify this issue, simply input your information and shipping address into the shopping cart so the shipping price will be shown correctly.
Free shipping is available to every country where we ship. Free shipping is based upon the final weight of goods that will be shipped which is typically above 1.05kg of weight. That is the equivalent of one hoodie plus any other garment we sell.
Tracking
At this time, we do not have automatic shipment tracking integrated with our site. We are currently working with the supplier to send us tracking information which we will pass directly to you once we receive it.
